I had almost forgotten I stopped by here once after visiting Deep Ellum; by far the closest to authentic-from-Italy pizza and my mom (originally from Nyc) agreed. First time I had a prosciutto blanketed pie; this time around we just ordered two classic margheritas with the fried nuggz. The marinara is excellent! I will be ordering more to bring back to our suburban home when I happen to be in the area. After all; a lil logistical planning is often required for good eatin. Try em. Grazie!

I came here as part of a food tour with Food Tours of America Dallas, and this was a great stop for a tasting. The woodfired pizza is delicious and authentic, and the pizza cooks in a flash in the 900 degree oven, so you don't have to wait long. I also had their Frosé, which is strawberry frozen rosé with vodka as well. Deep Ellum is lucky to have this woodfired pizza joint!

Would probably give it a 4.5, but decided to round up. Service was good, Server was a little goofy, but congenial, attentive and aimed to please. The crowd was surprisingly light for a Saturday night, albeit early. But the result was the pizzas came out super fast. Some of the best crust in Dallas in terms of thickness, and texture. Slightly light as far as flavor, but not greasy at all. Toppings were a little on the sparse side, but good quality. Prices are reasonable for what you get. We ordered 2 pizzas for 2 people and had nearly a full pizza left over. The ambience is a little funky, but innocuous. TV if you want it and no blaring music, a big plus. Will definitely come back.

One of the best pizza places I've been to in Texas. The service was excellent and the restarting vibes were great, but the star of the show was the neopalitan style pizza in their wood fired oven. The pizza was thin, crust was perfectly chewy and the toppings were amazingly fresh. Definitely a new go to spot when I'm in Dallas!

The food here was so good that we cancelled our dinner reservations on Easter Sunday and opted for a second carry out pizza to have at home in lieu of our plans. The Neapolitan style pizza was very well done. Service was good, it was inexpensive and quick despite its optimal location. Pro tip: $2 mimosas during happy hour did not disappoint!

Just landed in Dallas in time to go for Pizza at Cane Rosso with some friends and it was a great choice. Had a Ceasar Salad and their most popular Honey Bastard pizza, sweet and spicy. A perfect dinner treat. The portions are huge as is expected in Texas

Food is 5 stars all the way! Pizza is so good the crust is thin but crisp on the edges but heart and full of flavor and texture .. the toppings are premium fresh and so good .. I do like ordering the crust made crispy as the bottom can be a bit soft otherwise and I prefer it to have a bit of crispy on the bottom.. The fried nuggz are insane!! So good little squares filled with creamy mozzarella cheese sprinkled with fresh Parmesan and served with marinara .. one of the best things I have tasted. The chopped SALAD!! Oh my heaven on earth the CAPRA is one of the best salads I have ever had! Mixed greens, cherries . It's so so good you must try! So if I had to change anything I would just spiff up the atmosphere and make the seating a bit more comfy .. I mean I know it's deep Elum so the industrial style goes w the area I just feel they could still keep the look and add a bit of pep and comfort is all .. despite that .. love it here!

Stopped by Cane Rosso after the Big Tex beer fest @ fair park. This is the OG location that was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, & Dives. When you arrive, parking is tricky as the restaurant in located in Deep Ellum. I would recommend parking by the Deep Ellum brewery and walking over. When you enter the restaurant, you can smell the pizza and see the chefs preparing pizzas. We ordered the Caprese Chop salad (Baby heirloom tomatoes, ciligiene, arugula, red onion, pesto, balsamic) and the Honey Bastard pizza (Housemade mozzarella, hot soppressata, bacon marmalade, habanero honey) which are so good that you'll want to order more. I can't wait we go back to Cane Rosso in the future!
